WindowsでRust から WebAssembly にコンパイルするを試してみてるが、cargo install wasm-packでエラーになる
解決方法
方法1 WindowsにStrawberry Perlをインストールして、cargo install wasm-packを実行する
方法2 コンパイル済みのOpenSSL libraryを使う
方法3 コンパイル済みのwasm-pack binaryを使う
from can't install cargo wasm-pack
方法３で解決した。
